Refund and Transfer Policy

This policy covers Toronto Indie Author Conference (TIAC) 2027 tickets and Indie Authors Canada (IAC) workshops and webinars bought on this website.

TIAC 2027 tickets

This applies to every TIAC 2027 ticket, including weekend passes, single-day tickets and the after-hours social add-on.

Refunds

You can get a full refund if you ask by March 16, 2027. After that date, tickets can’t be refunded, but you can still transfer yours to someone else.

To ask for a refund, email community@torontoindieauthorcon.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Transfers

If you can’t attend, you can give your ticket to someone else at no charge until April 1, 2027. Email community@torontoindieauthorcon.com with your order number and the new attendee’s name and email address, and we will update your booking.

If the conference is cancelled or postponed

If TIAC 2027 is cancelled or postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date.

IAC workshops and webinars

There are no refunds on any online webinars or presentations.
